Vaginoplasty aims to "tighten up" a vagina that's become slack or loose from vaginal childbirth or aging.
Vaginoplasty is an expression that includes all sorts of surgical procedures that alter the aesthetic appearance of a woman's internal or external genitalia. The term also applies to the aesthetic correction of the damaged area of the vagina after any illness or serious injury.
This surgical procedure is designed to tighten the vagina. Vagina lifting is intended for all women who have a feeling of over-expanded opening of the vagina, which is usually the result of many births and results in women experiencing lower sexual pleasure. The problem can be resolved with the special Happylift stitching.
Vaginoplasty brings up together separate muscles, and the skin of additional mucous membranes on the back of the vagina is also removed. Under the skin, the tissue tightens with special stitches. When the vaginal canal tightens, the mucous membrane closes. For a more aesthetic appearance, external skin can also be removed. The procedure is performed in local or general anesthesia.
The result is a closer vaginal channel that can help increase sexual satisfaction and self-confidence.
Before the procedure, basic diagnostic tests have to be done: blood grouping, morphology and blood clotting parameters, ECG. Do not eat and drink for at least 6 hours before anesthesia.
We advise you not to perform active and excessive physical activity within the next 2-3 weeks after surgery; we do not recommend a lot of time in a sitting position; it is also advised not to bathe in water and we recommend sexual abstinence for 4 weeks.
At our clinic, we take great care to ensure our patients are well informed at every stage of their procedure beyond the idea of just having a vaginoplasty.
